Order

Select a service on the services page or use the package builder to combine options. Pay via Stripe Checkout. Your project brief template arrives by email within 1 business day. You do not need to call or arrange a kickoff meeting unless you want to.

The brief is tailored to the specific service you ordered. It asks for the information we actually need for that type of project, not a generic intake form.

Brief

Complete the project brief and return it to hola@dexter-design.com. The delivery timeline starts from the date we receive your completed brief. Brief clarity affects speed: a complete, clear brief gets delivered faster than a vague one.

For e-commerce and real estate projects, we may follow up with specific questions about your product catalogue structure or property types. This is normal and does not add significantly to the timeline.

Design & Build

We design and build according to the agreed brief and service scope. For design-first services, you receive a Figma review link. For built sites, you receive a staging URL. Revision rounds are included as specified per service.

Revisions within the agreed scope are included. Changes that require new discovery or expand the agreed scope are quoted separately before work continues.

Delivery & Launch

The completed site is deployed to your domain, or files are delivered as specified. Documentation and CMS training are included. Post-launch support is available at the published consulting rate or as a pre-purchased add-on.

For all services except Brand Identity, the deliverable is a live site on your domain. Brand Identity delivers design files in SVG, PNG, and PDF formats.
