1. Data Controller

dexter-design S.L. (NIF B50789123), C. Madre Puy, 7, 50300 Calatayud, Zaragoza, Aragon, Spain is the data controller for personal data collected through dexter-design.com. We comply with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

2. Data We Collect

Contact forms: first name, last name, email, and business name where provided. Checkout process: first name, last name, email, phone number, and country. Payment data is processed directly by Stripe and is not stored by dexter-design. Server access logs may retain IP addresses for up to 30 days for security purposes.

3. Purpose and Legal Basis

Project enquiry response and communication (legitimate interest), order processing and service delivery (contract performance), and Spanish tax record keeping (legal obligation).

4. Data Sharing

Stripe Inc. processes payments on our behalf. Our email provider handles client communications. Spanish tax authorities receive data where legally required. We do not share personal data with advertising networks, analytics platforms, or marketing companies.

5. Retention

Project and client records: 5 years from completion. Invoice records: 4 years under Spanish tax law. Server access logs: 30 days. Contact form data: deleted within 12 months if no project results.

6. Your Rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, and object to processing of your personal data. Submit requests to hola@dexter-design.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the AEPD at www.aepd.es.

7. Cookies
