1. Digital Delivery

All dexter-design services are delivered digitally. There is no physical product or shipment. Deliverables include live websites on your domain, design files, or brand identity packages as specified per service.

2. Delivery Timelines

All timelines are in business days from receipt of your completed project brief. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Spanish national and Aragonese public holidays.

3. Service Delivery Windows

• Local Business Starter Websites: 6-8 business days
• Restaurant & Hospitality Sites: 8-12 business days
• E-commerce for Small Producers: 14-20 business days
• Real Estate & Property Sites: 8-12 business days
• Rural Tourism & Accommodation Sites: 10-14 business days
• Brand & Visual Identity for Small Businesses: 5-7 business days

4. Delivery Conditions

On-time delivery requires receipt of a complete project brief with all required information, timely review of design rounds by the client, and access to required assets such as photography and existing brand files if applicable.

5. Delays

If a delay on our side is anticipated, we notify the client at least 2 business days before the original delivery date with a revised delivery date in writing.
